We currently offer sign-in using Google.

We may keep records of moderation decisions, reports, suspicious activity, and related information where necessary for safety, security, legal, dispute-handling, or record-keeping purposes.

K. AI moderation providers

We may use automated tools, including AI moderation tools, to help review advertisements, posts, comments, accounts, reports, and other submitted content for scams, prohibited content, unsafe content, unlawful activity, abuse, spam, or breaches of our Terms and Conditions.

We currently use, or may use, the Smart Moderator plugin to help moderate submitted content. Smart Moderator is an AI moderation tool for WordPress that can review submitted content using AI providers such as OpenAI and Anthropic Claude.

When AI moderation is used, the content you submit may be sent to an external AI service provider for the limited purpose of reviewing that content and returning a moderation decision, such as whether the content should be approved, rejected, held for review, or flagged.

We currently use, or may use, AI service providers such as OpenAI and Anthropic Claude. We may change, add, or remove AI moderation providers from time to time depending on availability, cost, performance, safety, reliability, or operational needs.

The information sent for AI moderation may include the advertisement title, advertisement content, post content, comment text, category, and other information necessary to assess whether the content complies with our rules. We do not intentionally send more personal information than is needed for moderation.

We use AI moderation information only to help operate, protect, moderate, and enforce the rules of izebuy. We do not sell advertisement content to AI providers. We do not use submitted advertisement content for our own AI model training.

External AI providers process information according to their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, and data-retention rules. Their handling of information may include temporary processing and retention for service operation, abuse monitoring, security, legal compliance, or other purposes described in their own policies.

AI moderation may not always be accurate. We may approve, reject, hide, remove, suspend, or review content using a combination of automated tools, AI moderation, manual review, user reports, and internal checks.

You should not include unnecessary personal, sensitive, confidential, or private information in an advertisement, post, comment, report, image, or message submitted to izebuy.
